Join the Mountain Lions Spring Track program for a fun and encouraging environment in which to learn the basics of track running. This six week program will consist of practices twice as week as well as two track meets at the end of weeks three and six. The cost of the meets is included in the price of the program. Runners will learn speed-work, relays, distance running and racing techniques that will help them learn good running form and improve both speed and endurance in an environment focused on the enjoyment of running. Track meet dates are April 29th and May 20th. Students will enjoy learning from caring and experienced coaches who specialize in training for young runners. Each participant will receive a technical shirt.
