Impress your brunch, lunch or dinner guests with this beautiful, light and elegant riff on the classic dish from the south of France.  Many of the components can be prepared in advance, so this is a great choice for entertaining!  You will learn how to easily poach the most succulent salmon, prepare vegetables using professional culinary techniques, create a simple dill sauce and make a traditional vinaigrette. This satisfying salad is a sure-fire crowd pleaser.  It may end up becoming one of your own classics!  A $35 materials fee is payable to instructor.
