Kids! Want to get some Italian kitchen basics down? Come join us for a week of Italy. Make your own pasta, toss your own pizza, and maybe, just maybe, learn a little about the wonderful, beautiful, tasty country of Italy! From cooking to nutrition to table manners, we will achieve a higher sense of understanding the kitchen in this fun, hands on informative week of all things culinary!  Menu may change due to availability but will be similar. A $95 professional kitchen and food materials fee will be payable to the instructor the first day of class. Menu may vary by chefs choice and food availability.

We will hand make:

  • Fresh Pasta
  • Marinara
  • Pesto
  • Foccacia
  • Pizza
  • Sausage
  • Ricotta
  • Gnocchi
  • Eggplant Parm
  • Butterball Cookies
