Your business exists to solve a specific problem. When we have customers who want us to be different, we face a dilemma. Is what they want beneficial to our business or does it take us away from what we do well? In this workshop you'll learn how to establish feedback loops and listening posts; how to consider and evaluate feedback and requests; and when (and how) to say no. A $10 materials fee is payable to instructor.
