« back to classes page
High sensitivity affects 15-20% of the population. Those who are sensitive are also more perceptive. The highly perceptive individual (HPI) notices more in the environment, is more sensitive to noise, lighting, medication, food additives, effluents in the air, and the moods of others. HPI’s tend to be deeply reflective, empathetic, intuitive, creative and conscientious, and can become overwhelmed by stimuli. They value sanctuary and solitude, and need adequate sleep and regeneration. It is important to understand and appreciate these traits. Don't miss these valuable lectures where you will learn three major steps to daily effectiveness for the highly perceptive individual.
