Meditation is an effective way to help you become more relaxed, balanced and focused. As you quiet your mind, connect with your inner guidance with two guided meditations to bring more joy and groundedness into your life. Center your thoughts with greater clarity, clear away the mental noise and distractions and align to the here-and-now. After meditation, you'll create a bookmark with whatever words or images you received which will instantly bring you back to the calm, grounded feeling you experienced. Materials fee: $10.
