
In this multi-dimensional camp kids will learn and practice all the skills needed to be a fierce ninja warrior. Each day of the week will cover different skills, including Ninja specific obstacles (ropes, steps, swings, courses, etc…), grip, agility and balance training, body strength & cardiovascular fitness, parkour movement, basic tumbling, yoga and flexibility training. All of this is approached through fun games, teamwork and positive energy. Each week culminates with a Friday competition day to put together and test the skills learned. We also talk about nutrition, goal setting, motivation tips and how to be your best: training the ‘mental strength’ a ninja warrior needs!
