Writers use a variety of tools to break writer's block, flush out characters, scenes or plots. But what about tools to break through the barrier of change that happens in our lives? How do we make behavioral changes that will make us healthier? Happier? More active and less stressed? There is a way of writing that will help in all these areas and more. You do not have to be a "writer", you only need a pen and paper and be open to writing honestly, plainly and without censor. Come open up your heart and mind to a more wonderful you!

The playful yet profound experience of making a mask on your own face allows you to unmask a part of yourself that is waiting to be released, or eager to be welcomed, honored and expressed. Your mask will come alive as you paint and decorate it using a treasure chest of materials. By creating enactments, you allow the mask to speak to you and through you, deepening your understanding of self and awakening self-healing and transformation. Your mask can be a decorative piece of art or wear it to masquerade parties! No previous experience necessary. Materials fee: $20.

Stimulating the reflexive points in the feet (reflexology) releases tension and stress, improves circulation, releases nerve impulses, helps balance the entire body, improves lymphatic drainage and restores energy flow. You will learn the art and science of working on the approximately 7,200 nerve endings in your feet to stimulate these changes.
