ClassGraphic Have anxiety and stress become too much a part of your life?  Stress is difficult; mindfulness is easy.  You will discover just how easy it is! Bring mindful awareness into your life and learn how to take it easy and be kind to yourself.  This class will bring you back to a calm mind and the experience of peace through guided meditation from a chair, discussion and walking meditation.
