« back to classes page
ClassGraphic In 2016, teen drivers accounted for almost 20% of all traffic crashes involving fatalities in Colorado. Immaturity and inexperience are primary factors contributing to these deadly crashes and can lead to high-risk behavior behind the wheel. This course will help both parents and teens to understand the responsibilities that come with the privilege of having a driver's license. We will talk about ways to reduce the risk of being involved or injured in a car crash. We will help you understand the steps to getting a license, the laws of a probationary license, the consequences to parents and teens of not following these restrictions, and how to add a new driver to your insurance policy. You will walk out of this seminar with practical tools and information in staying safe on the roads.
