Painting Like the Impressionists: The Art of Color Seeing
Using the principles of Impressionism, you will learn how to paint the effects of form, atmosphere, and light through the art of color seeing (the effects of light and how to capture them). Students will start with a simple exercise first designed by Charles Hawthorne and Henry Hensche, which has been used successfully for more than 100 years to facilitate the ability to paint like Monet. This workshop will change the way you see the world and is for all levels, from beginner to professional. Email the instructor at: firstname.lastname@example.org for a supply list.
