This program is technique-based, but we will also explore cuisines, products and spices from around the world. Anyone can read a recipe; it takes a teaching chef to teach you the techniques! A $35 materials fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
Please bring a pen, chopping knife, apron, and cutting board to the first class.
