Two Nights, Twenty Tricks: Practical and Professional Secrets of the Culinary Arts
So many dishes, so little time to hone your culinary skills! Chef Cheyne will dig deep into his bag of tricks and focus on subtle, profound skills that will move your preparations from delicious to astounding. The class will use various European foods as the springboard for creating weekly feasts. Anyone can follow a recipe, but after this class, you'll be writing your own! Children over 12 years old are welcome to attend with a parent (but both must be registered). A $35 materials fee per student is payable to the instructor at class.
