ClassGraphic Did you participate in Sharon's prior class, The Breath of Life - A Simple Way to Manage Stress?  Have you practiced some of what you learned in that workshop and now have questions?  In this class, we'll learn additional techniques for refining and improving the way you breathe in order to mitigate stress and improve health.  This class is designed for students who have taken Sharon's previous classes or met privately with her to gain proper breathing techniques prior to enrolling in this class.
