This Tai Chi form is unique and different in expression from most styles shown on "YouTube" titled as "13 Postures." The sequence becomes far more complex in technique, as the form changes direction from its four-cardinal positions as well as incorporating movement diagonally. One should not regard the number "13" in this style as just basic or simplistic! This form is deceptively compact and graceful as
the form is executed. Tai Chi relies not on strength, but movement with proper structure, synchronistic internal flow and mental calmness. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
