ClassGraphic Tai Chi novices can enjoy its essential principles of effortless movement, relaxation and awareness of the mind and body as one through the Beijing 24 form. Also known as the 24-step form, the Peking form, simplified tai chi or 24 postures, it uses representative moves from the Yang style. This basic class will also include fundamental movements in Qi Gong and Push Hands (Tui Shou). Please wear loose clothing.
