Join one of our very own chefs from the award winning BVSD School Food Project! We'll be cooking several dishes focused on the seasonal fruits and vegetables of fall, including several varieties of squash, apples and other farm to table delights. We'll cook a full dinner meal and enjoy together at the end of class. A dietetic intern will present information on the nutritional content of the featured foods, so you can eat with the comfort of knowing the health benefits of the foods. Plan to have fun, learn about the bounty of local fall produce and have a bonding experience with your child over a delicious meal. Suitable for children 8 - 13. Registration fee covers both adult and child. A $15 materials fee is payable to instructor.
