ClassGraphic Here's a heartwarming cold weather meal to ease the winter blues! Risotto is a versatile rice dish that can serve as either a first course or main dish and is as easy to prepare as it is elegant once you learn the basic steps. You will make and bring home risi et pisi, which is risotto with saffron rice, baby peas and parmesan regianno: a classic Milan dish. Once you've mastered the perfect risotto method, you can expand your repertoire to include many other ingredients such as seafood, herbs, mushrooms, etc. Risotto is the perfect dish for family meals or dinner parties. A $12 materials fee is payable to instructor.
