ClassGraphic Bring all the pieces of your uncomfortable, distracted, stressed out or pulled apart self to this two part workshop and find ways to feel better and be better again. Learning to breathe well will help you leave anxiety and overwhelmedness behind. Sleep better, feel better and navigate life with more grace by tapping into the power of the breath. Practices from instructor's book will be explored and you'll leave with tools you can use right away to banish stress and elevate joy. An optional materials fee of $15 is payable to instructor for her book, Learning to Breathe, Learning to Live.
