Alcohol inks provide a variety of vibrant and creative possibilities! In this one-day workshop, you'll learn how to manipulate the ink on ceramic tiles, glossy photo paper, metal, and glass to create brightly colored images and flow of design. Create coasters, unique glasses, jewelry, coffee mugs and cards that are unmistakably yours. Alcohol inks are an acid-free, highly-pigmented and fast drying medium that can be used on non-porous surfaces. They will stain, so wear art clothes or bring an apron to protect clothing. A materials list can be found by contacting instructor at elaine.riley@bvsd.org. Approximate cost will be $15.
