ClassGraphic Moroccan tagines are a flavorful and warming cuisine that is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. In this hands-on class, you will learn to cook a heartwarming chicken tagine made with traditional Moroccan spices, preserved lemons and olives. You'll also make your own Moroccan preserved lemons, and bring home your own jar to use later. Topping off the meal will be traditional steamed Moroccan couscous. Materials fee: $23
