Supply list: The best medium for this workshop is tempera paint. These are the inexpensive poster paints found in most hobby stores or art supply stores. An eight ounce jar of each color will probably do. The colors to use are the primaries, red, yellow and blue, plus white, plus any other colors that strike your fancy.
Acrylic paints are also a good choice at well.
You’ll also need:
Paper cups to put the colors in and extra cups to mix colors.
A jar for water
An inexpensive paper, 18x24 inches for painting on. (For $3.00 I can supply the paper.) You’ll need at least 10 sheets for the day.
An inexpensive brush, at least an inch wide
A roll of masking tape.
