ClassGraphic We all want sustained energy and a balanced blood sugar level. During this time of year it can be challenging with so many treats!  You'll learn about ways to create a mind-body approach to better blood sugar control.  Topics will include how cortisol and blood sugar are connected and how you can use that relationship to improve your health and vitality. We will discuss the meaning of A1c, lowering your blood sugar and the inflammation it causes, as well as your diabetes risk.
