Join a native Italian to learn and prepare some easy and delicious recipes that you can repeat at home.  First courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts will all be covered with an attention to regional cuisine.  The best part will be eating what you have prepared! If you need a few fresh meal ideas and love Italian food, this is the perfect class for you.  Gluten-free alternatives will be discussed. Materials fee: $45.
