You'll be introduced to the basic principles of t'ai-chi and learn how to apply them to the form and your daily life. Practicing t'ai-chi can develop balance in your mind, body and life, reduce stress and cultivate physical and mental health. Join us to enhance your self-confidence and strengthen your spirit.
