Dancers, gymnasts, skaters, snowboarders, divers and parkour athletes – this is your chance to learn your own stunts the safe way! On a 33’ inflatable tumble track, campers will bounce, fly and flip their way into greater fitness while learning amazing acrobatic elements and tricks that are sure to impress any audience. Each day will begin with athletic conditioning that will prepare the body for specific learning objectives of the day. We will then breakdown our tricks of the day into drills. Finally, we will be tumbling and tricking on our giant track with our expert instructors and assistance spotting and coaching each individual. By the end of the week students will know the proper technique and will have attempted front flips, back flips, aerials, front and back handsprings, plus specialty parkour style tricks.
