Hike and Meditate, Beneath the Flatirons!

ClassGraphic Join Meg Edwards, Well-being Life Coach, and Naturalist Suzanne Michot for meditation and hiking on City of Boulder Open Space Mountain Parks (OSMP) trails. Meditation, mixed with easy walking on trails, is one way to reduce stress. Learn how we can integrate meditation and nature into our lives to enhance our well-being. Follow your Naturalist guide along the trails, to learn about aspects of the natural world that surround and enlighten us. At our halfway point we will sit and practice a primordial sound meditation to cultivate calm and peace. On the way back, we will hike in silence to open our senses to the world around us and fully immerse ourselves in nature.

Please read:  Wear sturdy hiking shoes or boots and bring rain gear, water, and a snack. Meet at the Chautauqua Dining Hall. No pets, please. Please fill out an adult waiver prior to the hike. The waiver can be found on our website. Inclement Weather Date: Sunday, 10/23/22, 1:00 - 3:30 PM
