Come explore the endless skills of our local craftspeople.
Explore this form of fiber art that uses wax to make resist designs and patterns on fabric. Once the resist is applied, your choices for adding colors are limited only by your imagination! You'll learn a variety of ways to make beautiful colors, patterns and images on fabric and create pieces that can be mounted as a wall hanging or fashioned into wearable art. After experimenting with one or two practice pieces you will create a finished product of your choice. No artistic experience necessary, just bring an open mind and your creativity. A $20 materials fee is payable to instructor at first class.
