Peruvian cuisine is a fusion of Latin American, Chinese and Japanese influences and has become an increasingly prominent global cuisine. This class will serve as an introduction to Peruvian ingredients including purple potatoes, aji amarillo, and aji rocoto.  We'll also be preparing the classic Peruvian fresh seafood dish of ceviche and the chicken dish Aji de Gallina.  This class will be co-taught with Stephen Menyhart and Peruvian native Miriam Jara De Castro.  In addition, class will be taught in both English and Spanish.  One registration covers both parent and child.
