Summer is a great time to enjoy yoga, sunshine and HORSES!  This workshop will begin with a Vinyasa Flow on the mats, building up to working with modified poses on the horse.  No previous yoga or horse experience necessary.  This workshop is intended to be safe and fun while exploring your connectedness to your body through the horse.  Please bring a yoga mat and basic bath towel.

Just another cute wildflower? Think again! If you've ever wondered about all the spring flowers you see when you're hiking, then you are ready to take a fun-filled walk on Open Space trails to learn flower identification skills. During the hike there will be discussion about flower families, and the many uses for flowers. Come and discover how these beautiful plants are named. The hike will be approximately three miles with an elevation gain of 400 feet and start from the Chautauqua Dining Hall. Wear sturdy tennis shoes or boots and bring water and rain gear. No pets, please.
