The natural fermentation process traditionally was used to preserve food and drink and has enjoyed a recent revival due to its many probiotic health benefits. Fermented foods and/or beverages introduce highly bioavailable beneficial bacteria into the gut, leading to improved digestion, better nutrient absorption and enhanced immune function. Stimulating the reflexive points in the feet (reflexology) releases tension and stress, improves circulation, releases nerve impulses, helps balance the entire body, improves lymphatic drainage and restores energy flow. You will learn the art and science of working on the approximately 7,200 nerve endings in your feet to stimulate these changes.
